Giovanni began working in construction while still in high school, developing a foundation in finish carpentry and the craftsmanship that continues to define Miranda Development today. During that time, he also obtained his real estate license and began selling luxury homes, closing millions in property transactions before graduating from high school.

Driven to understand every aspect of the building process, Giovanni pursued both the business and technical sides of development. While completing his MBA at Arizona State University, he earned his KB-1 general contracting license—becoming one of Arizona’s youngest licensees.

Giovanni graduated as valedictorian of his high school class and holds a business degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, along with an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.

Hugo’s construction experience began more than thirty years ago, building a deep foundation in craftsmanship and field leadership. He later became one of the youngest foremen at a major trim company, where he helped lead crews on large residential and commercial projects.

Over the past 25 years, he has overseen more than eight figures in construction contracts, including several multi-million-dollar custom homes built from the ground up.

His extensive field experience and understanding of the building process serve as the backbone of Miranda Development, ensuring every project is executed with efficiency, precision, and uncompromising quality.

Jack brings an entrepreneurial and operational perspective to Miranda Development. While still in high school, he launched and scaled a successful seven-figure retail arbitrage business, gaining early experience in business management, operations, and financial planning.

While in college, he began investing in real estate,developing his understanding of construction and the development process.

Jack graduated as valedictorian of his high school class and holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
